1. Overview

TeNote ("the Extension") is a CRM tool for TenChat that allows users to manage contacts and tasks directly in the browser side panel. We are committed to protecting your privacy.


2. Data We Collect

The Extension collects and stores the following data locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local:

Authentication token — your personal Airtable API token, used solely to connect to your personal Airtable database.

We do not collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, address)
- Browsing history or web activity
- Financial or medical data
- Communications or messages


3. How We Use Your Data

Your authentication token is used exclusively to:
- Read and write your personal CRM data (contacts and tasks) to your Airtable account
- Maintain your session within the Extension


4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to any third parties.

The Extension communicates only with:
- Airtable API (api.airtable.com) — to store and retrieve your personal CRM data


5. Data Storage & Security

- All data is stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local
- Your token is never transmitted to our servers (we have none)
- You can delete all stored data at any time by removing the Extension


6. User Control

You can:
- Remove your token and all data by uninstalling the Extension
- Access and delete your data directly in your Airtable account


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
